Two mold tests were performed: Mold Test #2
2022: The first mold test confirmed the presence of dangerous mold levels in the unit.
2025: A follow-up test again showed unsafe mold levels. Despite this, no meaningful remediation occurred.
Both tests found elevated levels of black mold and other harmful spores, with professional labs stating the property was “uninhabitable” due to the health risk.
2023 Toxicology testing revealed high levels of mycotoxins in the bodies of multiple exposed family members.
These toxins are known to cause:
Cognitive dysfunction
Severe fatigue
Anxiety and depression
Respiratory problems
Hair loss
Skin and sinus issues
The findings directly correlated with the mold types found in the apartment — confirming environmental exposure was the cause of the health symptoms.
An independent physician reviewed the toxicology findings and declared:
“These health issues were not pre-existing and are consistent with mold-related exposure. The unit is not safe for continued habitation.”
The landlord called this normal and gave us traps instead of real extermination. This is not pest control-this is not pest control-this is survival.
⚠️We've lived with rats and rodents crawling through our home, and all we're. Extermination was never treated as a emergency. The owner refuses to invest in proper treatment, and the property manager just pushes us off to the next service month date-like our health and safety can wait.
Multiple messages were ignored until we followed up-and the only response we got was- "you can move out" instead of actual help.
Being infested with MOLD, RATS, and ROACHES slowly destroy our HEALTH. In NOAH's FMC eyes none of this is an emergency or warrants concern.
We can't even leave food out for our kids-the rats get to it first."
"This is what we're forced to live with-RATS in our food, our water, and around our children."
They left a contaminated HVAC unit inc hes from where my baby sleeps. They knew - and did nothing.😡
Imagine handing this to your child before realizing it's infested. That's our daily fear.
🔴We watched our walls, furniture, and memories rot while no one did a thing.
📢This is what we're forced to eat around. Roaches crawling in our food while the landlord calls it surface-levels.
🛑I was humiliated in public (bank) because my landlord refuses to exterminate because its too much money, the roaches taking over my home.
The ceiling collapsed from a water leak- and they left it wide open for months before doing anything.
🔴This was on the outside of my apartment door. You can't even open your door without them trying to crawl in. We are completely surrounded.
Roaches in our food, rats at our feet- and they handed us traps like that would fix this.
🔴This isn't dirt. It's rat feces where our food goes. And they told us to 'just to put traps up'."
How do you feed your family when the kitchen is full of rat droppings? We live like this, NOT by choice, but by NEGLECT.
🛑When maintenance is left half-done for months, it's not just inconvenient-it's hazard. Pic of underneath my kitchen sink.
This is what 'we'll get to it soon looks like-months of ignored maintenance while we lived in unsafe conditions.
🔴Communal laundry, infested with roaches. This isn't just unsanitary - it's unacceptable.
🟠Proof of Uninhabitable Conditions ABOVE from certified source.
🗣️ Back in 2022, I created this flyer to bring the community together. None of our maintenance requests were being answered - we had to try to fight back together.

This is a real message from a Section 8 voucher tenant begging for help due to an ongoing rat infestation. The property manager responded with excuses, blamed other tenants, and admitted they had no solution — only that moving out was understandable.
The owner, Ben, refused to pay for full extermination services after the pest control company gave recommendations. Why? Because it was “too expensive.” This is despite families, including vulnerable Section 8 residents, living in units filled with rats, roaches, and toxic mold.
“If you want to move out, I completely understand.”

Even with documented health hazards, they chose to let low-income tenants continue living in unsafe, neglected homes.
This is housing injustice. This is how the system fails us.
🛑I can't even feed myself without roaches claiming the plate first. This is how we're forced to live.
Roaches crawling on the coffee machine-this is what we woke up to in our kitchen. Every morning started with infestation.
🛑Even my children's toys weren't safe. Roaches were found crawling where my kids play.
